Term 2 Week 4 daily task

Hi all! 
Thanks for everyone who joined in the hangout and has emailed in recently. Keep it up you guys are doing an awesome job. 
In today's hangout we had a look at our "o" sound, did the calendar together, and read our new story: Dragons! Dragons! Dragons!. It is officially dragon week! To clarify for everyone, you have two challenges set today. 

 Challenge number 1: Make your own dragon! This is for the entire week to show in the meet on Friday. We will be having dragon show and tell, and I can't wait to see all your awesome dragons. You can use card, clothes, people, facepaint, paint, sticks, leaves, and anything else you can think of to make your dragon. Get creative! 

 Challenge number 2: Design your own picture for the story book. In today's session we had a quick look at what an illustrator was and said how they were the person who draws the pictures for a story. Today your job is to choose your favorite page of the story and design a new illustration/ picture for it! Have a look at Miss Rayner's below which is for page 7. I knew from the text that the dragons were in the library so I've drawn my dragon on a pile of books. Remember you don't need to be amazing at drawing (Miss R isn't!) but you do need to try your....best!
